The following terms and conditions apply to all travel arrangements booked by Vacationisms Travel Services. A copy of this agreement will also be provided to you prior to commencing our agency-client relationship and will remain in effect for all future arrangements.

Agency Terms & Conditions

Your travel booked by Vacationisms Travel Services is subject to separate terms and conditions based on the supplier. Please ensure that you review this information carefully as it contains important details about policies, payments and cancellations. The supplier’s terms and conditions are separate from those provided by Vacationisms Travel Services.

All deposit payments are non-refundable, and non-transferable. Once confirmed, all travel arrangements made with Vacationisms Travel Services are subject to a cancellation fee up to 15% of the gross total. This amount may be withheld from any refund or charged to the credit card you place on file. This penalty applies both to cancellation or becoming in default of the terms and conditions of the travel supplier.

We strongly encourage you to consider travel insurance. There are many benefits available in high value plans including cancellation penalty reimbursement, delay coverage, baggage loss coverage, medical care, emergency evacuation and more. Your consultant will provide information on policies available for your particular trip.

If you have not provided your passport information at this time, you will be responsible for providing it to your airline or cruise line. If you do not have a passport at this time, it is your responsibility to secure one one and Vacationisms Travel Services is not liable should you not receive it in time, or for any reason.

Identification Required for International Travel:

  • All international passengers regardless of age must present a government issued, non-expired, U.S. passport upon flight check-in and for U.S. customs re-entry.
  • Validate that your passport expiration date is acceptable for entry into the country you’re traveling to. Some countries require that passports be valid for a certain period of time before and/or after your vacation.
  • Travelers with passports that are found to be washed, mutilated, or damaged may be refused entry.
  • U.S. citizens should be aware that countries can deny foreigners entry if they have been charged or convicted of a serious crime. For more information on entry requirements review the information on www.travel.state.gov or contact the consulate for the destinations you’re traveling to.
  • Children under the age of 18 traveling with only one parent or someone who is not a parent or legal guardian should travel with a notarized letter of consent. For more details, please visit U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

It is the traveler’s responsibility to provide the correct documents and failure to do so may result in being denied boarding for the flight. Regrettably, we are unable to refund unused flights, hotel, or add-ons because of denied boarding situations.

For more information regarding proper identification, please visit the State Department’s consular website at http://www.travel.state.gov/ (use the “Learn about your destination” search tool to check the country’s passport validity policy) or the U.S. Department of Homeland Security website at http://www.dhs.gov/.
